Based on a manga.. meteor garden was taiwan's version of this, but i tell you, i was once a HUGEHUGE fan of MG.. but now, im totally addicted to the F4 of japan and this jap series! I thought it would be as exciting as MG, but hell, ITS A WHOLE LOT BETTER!

Actually, in my opinion, MG appears much 'cheaper' and exaggerated compared to this one. Cause Hana Yori Dango really followed the story.. and i love everything about it, walang boring na scene! I swear.

although, its kinda weird at first, seeing a 'new' F4.. cause ive been used to the taiwanese lads. Well anyway, the boys here arent really that d*mn gorgeous.. but theyre hella hot!

Especially Tsukasa! *drools*.

There are alotta parts to watch for:

the 'if you panic, turn around' and 'hemmingyay' scene
drenched in the rain and stuck in the elevator date scene
beaten-up scene and the following cafeteria-power-wink scene
private airport scene

Argh.. my 'scenes' arent making much sense! especially
if you havent watched this yet.. but well... WATCH IT!!!

its just the sweetest and funniest series ever! I woudlnt mind watching it all night.. up until 6 in the morning!

And im already on HYD II episode 8. =] Second season's actually more emotional, still funny and sweet.. but the scenes are more heartbreaking.
